OUR COMMITMENT
Built Right.
Verified Every Time.
Site Inspection
Mandatory final walkthrough with the site inspector before project sign-off. All work is verified against construction and safety standards.
Infrastructure Verification
All ducts are capped, tagged, and labelled. GLBs and flowerpots are verified flush to grade, and cable connections are visually inspected.
Proofing & Testing
Continuity checks, pressure testing up to 100 PSI for 2-5 minutes, and sponge or proofing-ball tests confirm clear pathways.
As-Built Submission
Final drawings in PDF and CAD, GPS coordinates for all flowerpots and GLBs, and every deviation documented with redlines.
